As described in the title, when I run the coupled model, the ‘p_top’ attribute in namelist.input disappears. I run ./submit job.sh, and the namelist.input file is copied to the rundir folder. However, the p_top_requested attribute contained in namelist.input is missing. I’ve placed the file below. I have no idea what caused this.
