Dears CROCO users,
I created a work directory using “create_config.bash” with the option options=(oce-dev xios test_cases agrif inter forc pisces sediment mustang oanalysis prepro) it means that CROCO_IN is not created. After compilation of jobcomp, I executed the model using ./run_croco.bash croco.in, but I get the following error:
**Getting croco_inter.in from /scratch/CROCO/croco_modelsv121BB/croco/Run_GABES_v01/CROCO_IN
/bin/cp: cannot stat ‘/scratch/CROCO/croco_modelsv121BB/croco/Run_GABES_v01/CROCO_IN/croco_inter.in’: No such file or directory
Writing in croco_inter.in

=> ERROR : miss the croco_inter.in file**
Any help on the structure of the model
