There is a flag ln_river in PISCES. If river-borne nutrients are already in croco_runoff.nc and .in file, does ln_river still have to be activated? In the code, rivdin rivdip … are used if ln_river is activated, I tried but don’t see where those variables are assigned value. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
