If both BRY and CLM are enabled, which boundary force is used preferentially by the model?

I want to force the boundary with FRC_BRY and nudging the temperature and salinity of the whole field with CLIMATOLOGY.

As shown in the figure,this is my cppdefs.h

(CROCO must define TCLIMATOLOGY in order to define TNUDGING, otherwise it will not compile)

The data used for FRC_BRY is different from the data used for CLIMATOLOGY, so if both BRY and CLM are enabled, which boundary force is used preferentially by the model?
