How to setup PISCES for interannual simulation

Hello Dear CROCO users,

I have done hydrodynamic interannual simulation many times. Recently, I am willing to study biology part of the ocean for which I will be needing to couple PISCES but as an interannual simulation.

I found documentations and instructions about PISCES, all of which are Climatological run. Does any one have any idea about how to run PISCES in interannual mode?

Hi,

You need interannual info for the boundary conditions of the PISCES variables. I think some of them can be found here

but some others you might need to replace with climatological values.
