HI everyone,
I am forcing my model with COADS heat flux, but it seems like the file
netheat.cdf (in croco_tools/COADS05) as well at netheat in the .frc file have
the wrong sign (it is supposed to show outgoing heat flux, but has positive
values in areas where the ocean is actually gaining heat and negative where it
is loosing it), so anyone knows if is this corrected somewhere, when running the
model or should I change that value?
Actually the model is giving me temperatures about 2 degrees higher and colder
in the Brazil and malvinas current respectively, and I think that may be a
possible reason.
