I am trying to get a diag eddy file and I can only get the avg file from the diagnostics eddy but not the his file.
These are the files I get in the /CROCO_FILES directory:
croco_clm.nc croco_diags_vrt.nc croco_frc.nc croco_his.nc croco_oa.nc
croco_avg.nc croco_diags_eddy_avg.nc croco_dia.nc croco_grd.nc croco_ini.nc croco_rst.nc
I will leave the .in files, cppdefs and the simulation log:
log_BENGUELA9.txt,
cppdefs.txt, croco.txt.
