Calculation of Geostrophic currents

Dear All,

I am trying to find the geo-strophic currents in a shallow bathymetry region with croco outputs but I am stuck to get correct values. I did try by many ways but still struggling. Can any one have an idea that how we can get it correctly or any function which can apply to get it correct at each sigma level.

I want to see how much of a difference is there, I have lots of measurements data. satellite to in-situ.
on a global scale.
