Announcing CROCO / CROCO_TOOLS version v2.0.0 Major Release, and CROCO_PYTOOLS v1.0.0

In addition, we are pleased to announce a first release of CROCO_PYTOOLS, v1.0.0, a python toolbox for pre- and post-processing of CROCO inputs and outputs.
This toolbox currently gathers the methods of several users and developers of the CROCO community but does not constitute the definitive toolbox,
which is still under development. All the features present in the matlab croco_tools are therefore not available in this version. A new python toolbox will be released in the future.
