AGRIF + MPI in nested applications

Hello everyone,

I see very clear instructions in the documentation on MPI and domain decomposition (NP_XI, NP_ETA). However, in an AGRIF nested configuration, does this domain decomposition only apply to the parent grid? Or is it necessary to define different NP_XI, NP_ETA for the child grid? In other words, how is the child grid decomposed for MPI and how to indicate it to CROCO?

Hello,

For now, it’s the same domain decomposition between the mother and child grids and you dont have to indicate it.
